１ペテロ２：１３〜１７
13 人の立てたすべての制度に、主のゆえに従いなさい。それが主権者である王であっても、
14 また、悪を行う者を罰し、善を行う者をほめるように王から遣わされた総督であっても、そうしなさい
15 というのは、善を行って、愚かな人々の無知の口を封じることは、神のみこころだからです。
16 あなたがたは自由人として行動しなさい。その自由を、悪の口実に用いないで、神の奴隷といて用いなさい。
17 すべての人を敬いなさい。兄弟たちを愛し、神を恐れ、王を尊びなさい。
1.社会の秩序を受け入れる
全ての制度に従う
１テモテ２：１〜２「そこで、まず初めに、このことを勧めます。すべての人のために、また王とすべての高い地位にある人たちのために願い、祈り、とりなし、感謝がささげられるようにしなさい。それは、私たちが敬虔に、また、威厳をもって、平安で静かな一生を過ごすためです。」
善と悪を見極めることができる人になる

ローマ８：３８〜３９「私はこう確信しています。死も、いのちも、御使いも、権威ある者も、今あるものも、後に来るものも、力ある者も、高さも、深さも、そのほかのどんな被造物も、私たちの主キリスト・イエスにある神の愛から私たちを引き離すことはできません。」

13 Submit yourselves for the Lord’s sake to every human authority: whether to the emperor, as the supreme authority,
14 or to governors, who are sent by him to punish those who do wrong and to commend those who do right.
15 For it is God’s will that by doing good you should silence the ignorant talk of foolish people.
16 Live as free people, but do not use your freedom as a cover-up for evil; live as God’s slaves.
17 Show proper respect to everyone, love the family of believers, fear God, honor the emperor.
1. Accept the Order of Society
Submit to all human authority
